It has been a year since I have written my first sentence here on the blog! And just like many of the bloggers out there, I had no idea what it implied, I just needed a corner of my own to share my thoughts, my dreams, my likes, to make it pretty and inspiring. Throughout the year, my blog experienced some drastic changes as it went from being a celebrity fashion/outfit inspiration place, to a personal style blog. The transition wasn’t easy, especially for me, as I never thought I’ll get to the point of posting my own pictures here on the blog.
The title of this post has little to do with the actual outfit I’m wearing in these last photos I got to shoot in Brasov. This is actually what I wore on my birthday and the shoes are another present from my loved one ♥ I don’t know exactly why, but by looking at these photos I just felt the need to thank my fiancee for all the help, constant support and love he surrounds me with. He played a huge part in the existence of this blog and never let me gave up on my dreams. I’m grateful and I’m the happiest girl in the world !
I hope you guys enjoy these photos and thank you for joining me on my adventure. It means the world to me ♥ It always will. But enough with the sentimental talk, I wish you a wonderful week and see you soon ^_^
With only one look left to show you from the lovely days I spent in Brasov, I thought you could use a break from all that me ^_^ So instead, this Sunday I decided to share with you some of the pretty pictures I originally posted on Instagram. I don’t know how you feel about this kind of posts, but I do love reading them on my favorite blogs. It’s a nice way to discover people through the little things that make them happy, through their surroundings and their everyday journey. It’s also a nice way to stay in touch and keep the memories close.
I took a little break from work to catch up on the amazing Spring 2013 collections shown during New York Fashion Week and also to watch Snow White and the Huntsmen with my fiancee ♥ If you want to discover my favorite Spring 2013 looks, you can easily browse through my Facebook album or my Pinterest board.
Enough said, much love everyone ♥
Brasov had so many wonderful places that would have been perfect for our little blog shoots and that are so incredibly charming. But due to the fact that I absolutely hate to take pictures having people around me, it doesn’t even matter if they’re looking at me or not, you can easily imagine how I tried my best to find the emptiest streets in a city filled with tourists ^_^
My salvation were these cute little streets, hidden between old buildings, a scenery that brought a little bit of a graffiti vibe to most of the pictures. I kind of like the colorful and fun result that you can discover below. Let me know what you think about my leopard print & stripes mixing. I wish you all a wonderful weekend.
Much love, O. ♥
Whenever I go away, I find it so hard to let go of my daily routine, even if it’s just for a couple of days. At the same time, when I come back home I find myself so lost in the holiday spirit that it feels hard to pick things up from where I left them. Is it just me or this happens to everyone?
Anyway, I am back home now, after the most beautiful weekend and the most amazing birthday I loved every second of the sunny days and chilly nights, I loved spending quality time with my fiancee, I loved taking pictures and enjoying the city. I wore this lovely red maxi dress I received as a gift, on my second day in Brasov and of course, I had to take some pictures.
As promised in my previous post, here are some of the pictures I took at the lovely chalet, where I got to spend last weekend. They’re less about me and more about the wonderful scenery. The pictures don’t do it justice, as it looked breathtaking in real life. Luckily, I’ve kept it all in: the little details, the blue skies that felt so close, the silence, the green and the wonderful people surrounding me ♥
Oh, and the cake, the best cake I have ever eaten, filled with fresh raspberries, blueberries and vanilla ice-cream. Too bad I don’t have any pictures of it, but it was gone in a heartbeat Enjoy & I’ll see you soon.
Hello, darlings! I am back home after the most amazing weekend I’ve had in a long time. It felt so great to spend three days far away from the internet, away from work, surrounded only by loved ones, by little cats and dogs, by mountains and flowers. It really felt like heaven ♥ I promise I’ll show you some pictures I took there in my next post. Until then …
… these are some of the pictures I took during my first day in Cluj, before we headed to the beautiful chalet, in the heart of the mountains. Hope you’ll like them. I wish you all a great start of the week. I am happy happy happy and ready to start fresh So much to do.
Love, O. ♥
