Beyonce Knowles – People’s Most Beautiful 2012 Cover

It is official, as of today, the super talented singer, songwriter, actress, better yet, the one and only, Beyonce Knowles graces the latest cover of People magazine’s Most Beautiful issue, as the artist has been named world’s most beautiful woman in 2012. Yay !!!

People Magazine May 2012

Beyonce looks nothing but stunning on the May cover, as she strikes a pose in a white opulent Marchesa Spring 2012 gown, paired with the 200-carat Lorraine Schwartz turquoise and champagne diamond necklace.

The beautiful and valuable statement necklace, was previously worn by supermodel Heidi Klum during the 2012 Golden Globes, so it might come across as familiar, even if the jewelry piece has been turned backwards for the People’s photoshoot. Still breathtaking.

Beyonce - People Magazine May 2012A matching bracelet featuring the same combination of turquoise stones, placed alongside two other precious diamond studded bracelets and a turquoise over-sized ring, all signed Lorraine Schwartz, fell into place in this super-glamorous look.

Beyonce’s favorite light blue-nail polish, impeccable make-up and a soft up do provided the finishing touches.

For the other amazing photos, the interview and all the names who made it onto the Most Beautiful list, don’t forget to pick up People’s May issue, already on newsstands.

Emily Blunt – The Five Year Engagement Premiere

Yesterday was an amazing day for the fashion enthusiasts as the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival held in New York City kicked off with The Five Year Engagement premiere, a romantic comedy starring Jason Segel and Emily Blunt.

Emily took on the Red Carpet looking lovely as ever in a Jason Wu Pre-Fall 2012 design.

Her strapless black cocktail dress, featuring forest green embroidery details on the bodice, was teamed with a black belt to accent the waistline and a beautiful pair of green Alice+Olivia pumps.

Complementary Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and a black sparkling Valentino clutch accessorized the glamorous look.

Beauty wise, Emily opted for a sleek bun with a side part and for a pop of hot fuchsia color via her lips.

Taylor Swift – 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards

Taylor Swift had an eventful couple of days at the end of last week, so after gracing the Orange Carpet at the  2012 Kids’ Choice Awards, the singer departed for Las Vegas, Nevada, where she stepped out on the Red Carpet for the 2012 Academy Of Country Music Awards.

For this occasion, Taylor left behind every element of her famous signature style and reinvented herself by wearing a sophisticated J.Mendel Fall 2012 gown.

The white sleeveless floor-length cutout gown with gold inserts, was teamed with the beautiful Christian Louboutin Summerissima platform sandals.

TS LookLorraine Schwartz jewels, wavy locks, smokey eyes and nude lips complemented Taylor’s chic appearance.

She was most definitely one of the best dressed stars at the event.

Kate Beckinsale – 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Picture this: the loveliest actress, Kate Beckinsale, wearing one of my favorite pieces from Diane Von Furstenberg‘s Fall 2012 collection. Add the 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards, that were held on February 25, in Santa Monica, California, add my excitement, and you’ll get the beautiful reason that lies beneath the existence of this very blog. In shorter words, I love Fashion. Everyday for a new reason.

Following her previous colorful appearance, Kate opted for the berry version of the one-shoulder draped DVF jumpsuit, as the original runway piece was pink, and paired the hot number with the Christian Louboutin Spring 2012 Lady Peep Peep Toe pumps, embellished by a hand carved illusion, evoking the feeling of designs from another time. Fancy !

Kate Beckinsale Look

The relaxed look was finished with gold Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, amazing as always, and a matching gold Gucci box clutch.

In the beauty department, Kate sticked to her famous loose curls and flawless make-up. Needless to say, this was my favorite Red Carpet look of the 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards. Some others will follow.

Angelina Jolie – In The Land of Blood and Honey Paris Premiere

After wearing a beautiful grey gown signed Ralph & Russo on Monday, at the Cinema for Peace Gala held in Berlin, Angelina Jolie opted for the same luxury couture house, to design her gown for In The Land of Blood and Honey Paris Premiere.

The white, floor length one shoulder couture number, had a white rose draped detail on the left side, and soft black stone accents lining the upper creases.

The luxurious Ralph & Russo design, was accessorized with a pair of Lorraine Schwartz pearl studs and nude Jimmy Choo platform pumps.

Soft curls, red lipstick and black eyeliner, finished up the elegant look.

And just when you think she couldn’t look more beautiful, Angie grabs the spotlight again.

Emily Blunt – 2012 SAG Awards

Emily Blunt added a so much needed pop of color to the Red Carpet of the 2012 SAG Awards, opting to make her appearance in a beautiful Oscar de la Renta Resort 2012 gown.

The jade green ODLR one-shoulder gown looked amazing against Emily’s porcelain skin tone, and was styled with a Lorraine Schwartz Pink Gemstone and Yellow Gold bracelet, Jimmy Choo Linda Glitter sandals and a Swarovski Pure Evening bag.

A coral shade of lipstick and a classic up do, provided the finishing touches of this romantic and springy look. Pure loveliness.

Heidi Klum – 2012 Golden Globe Awards

I think I covered enough Red Carpet to last me a week, it was a little bit chaotic and a little bit exhausting, but finally I got to the last post. Luckily, an evening out with friends, music and coffee, will be enough to “heal” these crazy hours.

If I started off with nudes, there was no way I could have closed the day with color. Heidi Klum was the last but not least, to make it as a favorite in my Best Dresses Golden List.

Her look centers more around the amazingly beautiful Lorraine Schwartz necklace, so that’s enough reason for opting to wear a nude silk crepe sheath dress, signed Clavin Klein Collection.

Sleek straight hair and minimal make-up finished the simplistic look.

I love a beautiful, embellished, show-stopping gown like most of the previously ones posted, but next to those, I think a minimal and tasteful look, could easily find a place in my top. That’s the fun thing about fashion.

In the end, I wish you all an amazing, beautiful evening. XO
