I find it quite impossible not to like, or sense, the kind of impeccable fashion Sarah Jessica Parker promotes.
Whilst attending the Louis Vuitton – Marc Jacobs Exhibition, Sarah Jessica stepped back in time, where everyone else is an a hurry to wear tomorrow’s designs, and pull out a beautiful 10 year old gown, from the Louis Vuitton Spring 2002 collection. 10 years makes it vintage, right ?
The floor-length white summery dress, had a delicate floral print spreading across the skirt and a bow tied above the waist. White Rochas boots (sadly not pictured above, but I found a small picture with them, see below) and Fred Leighton jewels, accessorized the feminine look.
In the beauty department, the actress sported her signature loose messy curls, a soft rosy lipstick and smokey eyes.
Following the path of the pink Oscar de la Renta gown this Friday, we move forward to actress Sarah Jessica Parker, as she attended the amfAR New York Gala To Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week, on February 8, wearing an Oscar de la Renta Pre-fall 2012 dress. I Pink it’s cute.
I don’t know how you feel about this ensemble, but I adore the daring idea of mixing a full-length soft and feminine gown, with a leather jacket. It works even for this type of elegant Red Carpet event. Sarah Jessica paired the pink Oscar De La Renta Pre-Fall 2012 pleated gown, with a Theyskens’ Theory Jotor leather biker jacket.
Manolo Blahnik heels and a VBH handbag, plus a pair of white gloves, completed the rock Princess look vibe. Here’s how the gown looked without the jacket :
A charming Carole Tanenbaum Vintage necklace, Fenton bracelets and Fred Leighton earrings perfectly accessorized the dress. Is this what they call a Pink Friday ?
Yesterday, Charlize Theron attended the screening of her new movie entitled “Young Adult”, at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room.
She looked classy & elegant in this black Christian Dior cocktail dress . She accessorized with Fred Leighton jewelry & a pair of white strappy sandals with gold accents.
I`m not crazy about this look, but I like the fact that the “Little Black Dress” is still reinvented and it still looks so sexy.
