You cannot talk about a good sense of fashion in TV Series, without mentioning Gossip Girl. It is maybe the first name that pops in our head whenever we think about the best style, fashion, designers and high-end clothes in a show .
And when most of the people I know are fascinated by Leighton Meester’s impersonation of Blake, with her entire wardrobe of course, I tend to be more of a Serena kind of girl when it comes to fashion choices in the Upper East Side.
Throughout seasons 1 and 2, Serena’s Style went from being “Kate Moss” inspired to mixing vintage with fashion forward pieces, always managing to look effortlessly fabulous whether she was wearing bohemian or edgy clothes. I almost forgot she used to wear jeans :
In seasons 3 and 4, Serena’s character evolved as well as her style. She approached a more chic, feminine and glamorous look, becoming great at mixing fabrics and accessories :
Getting to the fifth and currently airing season, we see a more mature and focused Serena even in the outfits that she picks. And no matter the changes, she kept little glimpses of her love for the boho-chic and unexpected mixtures.
